Super simple concept, right? Not always. We know it can be tough when you get into the WOD-zone to remember which rep you’re on, especially when fatigue sets in. But it isn’t up to your coach or even your classmates to count for you. Coaches can’t be depended on to count 10+ athletes’ reps and classmates can’t be expected to count their reps plus your own. So grab a piece of chalk and tally if you need to! Reps are important, don’t cheat yourself!
