Mobility is the first thing we always focus on in CrossFit. With that in mind, we also know that CrossFit teaches us to be ready for anything that life challenges us with at any time. However, as humans, we cannot realistically expect our bodies to be able to go from 0-100 every single day. If you have certain areas that are nagging, giving you problems every day, or certain areas that require you to loosen up a bit before the intensity of class, then we should be showing up a good 15-20 mins before class to warm up and improve those areas. The goal is be able to give our maximum effort every class so that we can transform into our best potential selves. Mobilizing and making sure that you will (with certainty) be ready for any task asked of you to perform is vital to maintaining that effort and staying injury free.
