This rule is so important to our athletes and our community. It’s just another reason why CrossFit is inclusive of anyone. We don’t discriminate, and we can make our workouts modified to any athlete; no matter shape, size, age, or fitness level.
Scaling is all about modifying exercises to fit each athletes needs. Doing a movement with less reps, load, distance, or repetition to make it doable for everyone. Finishing the workout is the difference between seeing results and failing.
As coaches, our wish for you is that you give your all and you keep a positive attitude. And if you can consistently do those things??? That’s a win!
