Cole Working on incline KB Presses, this movement develops the chest from a different angle, which helps create a more stable shoulder for more dynamic movements found in CrossFit. Here Cole is using a Bosu ball as an alternative to an incline Bench, a 45 pound Bumper plate also substitutes well
